Social fund
Pursuant to Article 39 of its Statutes, Spedidam has set up a social support intended to provide one-off, exceptional support to professional performers who are currently working or have ceased working and who are facing particular financial hardship.
A committee of 3 members who are appointed from within the Board of Directors for a year is responsible for defining the criteria for granting social support, examining applications submitted to it and allocating the relevant financial support. Applications are submitted to the committee anonymously.
A report on the allocation of financial support is drawn up each year, including the reasons why it was granted, its purpose, and the amount awarded. This report is approved by the Board of Directors and presented to the annual Ordinary General Assembly.
