IT Security incident

In spite of our efforts and investment in infrastructure & protection of our system, our society fell victim to a ransomware cyberattack targeting its information system. Immediately upon discovering the incident, our teams implemented the necessary measures to limit the consequences.

We have filed a formal complaint and informed the National Commission for Information Technology and Freedoms (CNIL). We have also contacted ANSSI (National Agency for the Security of Information Systems) and the Cyber Emergency Platform for the Île-de-France region.

We are being assisted by a cybersecurity expert company to analyze the incident and progressively restore our IT environment.

At this stage, nothing indicates that there has been exfiltration of personal data. Investigations are ongoing to allow us to evaluate all consequences of this incident.

We can, however, specify that the new Artist space is not impacted by this attack. Its launch is therefore maintained and will take place as planned in the coming days. Performing artists will thus be able to resume their procedures under the planned conditions.

Our teams remain fully mobilized to restore all our services as soon as possible.
