In accordance with the law, the Cultural Action budget is made up of:

Spedidam’s funding programmes primarily aim to promote the employment of performers by supporting cultural projects. Grants are awarded based on applications and criteria established by Spedidam’s Board of Directors. They are awarded by an award committee made up of three groups.

The Grants Committee
The Grants Committee meets every month from September to June (except in January, April and November).
Each group is made up of 3 directors and 4 member performers who do not sit on any other governing body at the organisation.
Members are elected by the Board of Directors by secret ballot for a non-renewable term of office of 3 years.
The Grants Committee members are professionals from the music industry. Their knowledge of the field ensures that decisions are made with the utmost competence and in the performers’ best interests. All decisions are made based on assessment criteria.
