My international rights
Members who have given Spedidam a mandate receive remuneration from foreign collective management organisations for the use of their recordings in the territories covered by these CMOs.
Each foreign counterpart organisation determines the distribution to Spedidam members based on the current legal criteria in its country and according to its own distribution rules. Spedidam also distributes remunerations to members of various foreign organisations for use of their recordings in France.
