Distributions

The main distribution principles are defined in the general policy for distributing amounts owed to rightholders, and the rules are set out in detail in the document entitled Distribution Rules’, which is available in your Artist Account or upon request. 

These rules, as well as the amounts distributed, vary depending on the origin of the rights collected by Spedidam. Distribution is based on recordings made by performers and their use.
