Unidentified beneficiaries

Spedidam has developed an online service that allows you to view recordings featuring rights holders who have not yet been identified.

This service allows you to share any information you may have in order to help Spedidam identify the rights holders who may have participated in the recording of these titles currently being identified by Spedidam, in accordance with Article L. 324-14 of the Intellectual Property Code.

Beneficiaries not located

Spedidam has developed an online service that allows you to view the beneficiaries of remuneration that cannot be paid, in accordance with Article L. 324-14 of the Intellectual Property Code.

This situation applies to performers or heirs whose postal addresses are no longer up to date despite our efforts to locate them. This service allows you to provide any information you may have about rights holders you know in order to help Spedidam contact them. You can also inform the rights holders you know by inviting them to use this service to contact Spedidam.
